To me - without a doubt. I just voted. Walked in, gave my name & voted. No check at all. I couldve been Zatar from Mars. Or I couldve gone out, put on a mustache & come back in & vote under any of many names of friends & acquaintances. I think the possibility for fraud is overwhelming.
