How do I fight 2 tickets that arent mine but are on my record and caused a suspension?

I checked my Florida d.l online and found 2 tickets that I’m absolutely sure aren’t mine. They’re dated from May 07 but Ive been living in CT since Aug 06. They have since gone to collections and caused my d.l to be suspended because of failure to pay. How do I prove that either its a mix up or a case of identity fraud?
