How to stick it to dish network?

When i called and confronted them, they referred me six or seven times, and eventually said, it must be id theft, and thats my problem, they said they dont care about my time, or effort to fix it, they informed me i have two choices, pay it, or start doing fraud legwork myself. how can i make this at least a pain in their **** too?
